    Question soluble fish protiens an lfa`s

    has anyone tryd adding soluble fish protiens 2 there protien shakes things like bio cp or predigested meal like LT94.
    bio cp has b.v. 80, 14%oil 98-100% digestible.
    Liquid foods hemp oil, cornsteep liqur, liquid mollasses
    bulk fish oils,
    cornsteep an mollasses have great amino profiles the latter also a natural sweetner.
    the fishing industry has lots of hnv products goin in to fish baits now most of them humanfood grade . the baits bein produced are highly nutritional and the fish are growin huge.
    bad nees cartlidge greenlipped mussel extract is exellnt 4 ur joints an rich source of betain.
    sum stuff dont taste so good but who cares get it down ya!

    I haven't had any experience with these soluble fish proteins you are talking about, bit my favorite last meal before bed is a raw egg mixed with fish oil. The taste is interesting
