Tonsillitis during cycle

Hey guys and gals, i'm into my third week of my cycle of sustanon 250 and i have developed tonsillitis. Ive been to the doctor and he is giving me 3 injections of amoxicillin over the next three days (including today). The problem is that is have missed my last shot of sus (which should have been yesterday) and im wondering if it would be safe to inject it into my ass tonight even though thats where the amoxicillin is being injected?
