    Red face need advise

    ive been working out for 6yrs and the results of just that and eating rite just isnt enough!!!!! have been reseaching for about 6months and was wanting to start a cycle... have deca and test in mind but didnt know if anyone knows of sumthing better?? goals: more muscle mass,stronger and more lean,50-54in chest{46 now},20-23in arms{16in now}.im in the gym 4-6 days a week, sometimes twice a day and do cardio reg. so i just need sum help!!!!!

    welcome.

    let's start off with your stats:

    age?
    height?
    weight?
    body fat?

    and you might consider revising your goals....or at least making some short term goals as well.

    Adding 4 inches on your arms will take a fair bit of time. I'm not saying it can't be done,

    but if you set long term goals, with no short terms goals, you may end up getting disappointed.

    stats

    25....6"0....217lbs....15%.... think ive hit a platue with my weight.. not bad i use to be 260 and no muscle!!!! diet is mostly protien chicken, fish, salads, shakes and every now and then i have a cheat day... and ive tried almost every supplement.. any suggestions on diets??

    You have some decent stats. Are sure your arms are only 16"? If you have never cycled test only would be the way to go. What's you PCT knowledge? If you post your diet with macros and detailes of portions and times we could also give you some input based on your stats and goals.

    Diet issue. Get that and a good training routine down and you'll get results. Going to the gym twice a day tells me you need a better routine.
