I know there is a ton of cutting threads but none of the ones I read were really specific enough for me.
-First off my stats:
-Age: 25
-Height: 5-10
-Weight: 195
-Body fat%: about 13%-14%
-Been working out for a few years.
-Only thing I have taken previously is a pro-hormone (epidrol)
-Diet: I have always eaten relatively clean, but for the last month I have been keeping a real strict diet. Eating every 2 hours, only chick breast/fish/turkey and whole wheat/complex carbs with protein shakes 4 or so times a day.
-cardio: 3 times a week for 30 mins.
All my fat is around my gut/love handles. I want to try and cut this out so I was planning on going with some clen. Now I really don’t want to lose any muscle or size while taking it cuz I feel like im just barley where I want to be.
Would taking some test with the clen counteract any muscle loss? I wouldn’t mind to gain alittle more but not much. So would a low dose of test + clen help me accomplish this? Does anything else need to be added? I have read winny is only if your under 10%
