    Gear for cutting.

    I know there is a ton of cutting threads but none of the ones I read were really specific enough for me.

    -First off my stats:
    -Age: 25
    -Height: 5-10
    -Weight: 195
    -Body fat%: about 13%-14%
    -Been working out for a few years.
    -Only thing I have taken previously is a pro-hormone (epidrol)
    -Diet: I have always eaten relatively clean, but for the last month I have been keeping a real strict diet. Eating every 2 hours, only chick breast/fish/turkey and whole wheat/complex carbs with protein shakes 4 or so times a day.
    -cardio: 3 times a week for 30 mins.

    All my fat is around my gut/love handles. I want to try and cut this out so I was planning on going with some clen. Now I really don’t want to lose any muscle or size while taking it cuz I feel like im just barley where I want to be.

    Would taking some test with the clen counteract any muscle loss? I wouldn’t mind to gain alittle more but not much. So would a low dose of test + clen help me accomplish this? Does anything else need to be added? I have read winny is only if your under 10%

    Clen, Cardio, a clean source of protein/diet, and sufficient EAAs/BCAAs is all you need bro.

    Save AAS for when you're 10% BF or under IMHO.

    Test is king and its all you ever need. Dont need much either. 300mg ew will do good.

    but getting to 10% with clen wouldnt i drop a chunk of muscle with out aas?
    ew = each week?

    nah u can diet and do cardio w/ clen and not take any aas u just have to make sure u still lifting hard and reaally make sure you get about 2-2.5 grams of protein for every lb of body weight u have...protein is the key and get ure GOOD carbs in early in the mornin and you will be fine

    there in lies the problem

    I have a hookup for good quality test so was just thinkin about playing it safe and cutting with test to keep the muscle in line.

    is there anything else I need or should consider?

    An AI on cycle, PCT, safety procedures.... Utilize the search option bro!

    Well I plan a PCT, I did that with the PH.

    What does AI stand for? I have done alot of searching just so much is abreviated that I often dont understand 100%

    aromatase inhibitor

    Also know that PCT for AAS is FAR different than the PCT of a PH run.

    Dude, you need strict diet, cardio every day, protein shakes, enough rest and custom workout. AAS would help alot at your age. I would watch clen, its very scary. Whoever told you winny is for under 10% is full of #^*$&! Winny would definitely get you around 10% from 13% if you do what i said above. You gotta stack it with test/sus and plan decent PCT. Next option if you know what you do is to add Cytomel T3 to that stack for a short cycle to get 100% results. Personally, i'd stay away from clen, one wrong dose calculation and your gone!

    Ok just wanted some advice on my first cycle I was going to go with:

    (got this from newb thread)
    Test Enan 500mg/wk - 10 weeks
    Nolvadex 10mg ED - 12 weeks
    L-dex .25mg ED - 12 weeks
    Clen - ramp up 2 weeks at a time

    PCT: (start 2 weeks after last test inj)

    Day 1 300mg Clomid - 20mg Nolva - .25mg L-dex
    Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid - 20mg Nolva - .25mg L-dex
    Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva - .25mg L-dex

    I have my test already and I was going to order the rest from Lion.

    Some of the names seem to be a bit differnt on his site and want to make sure I am ordering the right stuff.

    L-dex = liqued dex correct?
    and Tamox = Nolvadex?

    Also is everything oral or inj? (except the test obv)

    With a really clean diet you can get ripped on test only....or nothing for that matter. I don't think you need that much clomid for that long.

    basically just pulled from the newbie section, how would u modify it?

    also
