I have been actively working out for the past several years and I am in good shape but I want to put on some lean muscle and get good definition. so far no real results

eat six times a day and have hired a personal trainer for three times a week and I train by myself the other three days Sunday is my day off. doing cardio 5 times a week at least 30 min no more than 1hr
So much information out there and I cannot figure out what is true or not, I went to the doctor about two years ago and he told me I had low levels of testosterone he put me on the gel but not only is it super expensive if you don't have insurance but it's also really sticky and I would much rather do the pinch once a week even if it hurts
I am looking at the br*** dra** brand to stack up Testabol Enanthate and Decabol is this the best combination?
how much should I take for my weekly doses?
