    First Cycle need help on dose

    Hi All,

    I am on first week of sus250 and stanazol. I was told to take 1mL sus a week and 2mL stana per week (1mL one every 3.5 days).

    im 6.1"/189 pounds/13% BF)
    30min cardio every day
    4 days training per week

    Are these dosages right? Also i was told stana is painful but i felt nothing! I know for sure that its the right stuff.

    My diet is not too good as well:

    Breakfast: 3 eggwhites
    protein shake (82g of protein/300cal)

    12pm Lunch (usually nothing)
    Protein shake

    2pm 150g lean meet/chicken/fish)

    6pm: protein shake

    7pm: salad (no topping)

    I need to burn that last bit of fat on my abs. Please advise what to add/remove to my diet.

    never done stan but IMO the sust needs to be 500 a week so split into two shots 1ml/250ea. again IMO

    -Eat more eggs in the first meal
    -save the shake for a second meal in betwen breakfast and lunch (10am)
    -make lunch a real food meal (fish would be good here, salmon)
    -add a 4pm meals of 3-400 cals.

    Steroids are not your solution to gain muscle or cutting, your diet is not even there to build even on cycle. Wasting gear IMO

    My aim is to be cut, get rid of stubborn last bit of belly fat. I am only taking sus250 to prevent loosing muscle while on stanazol. So based on what you advised for diet, would i be ok?

    The diet is off. Go to the diet section and let's start from scratch right away so you could make some use of the sustanon you are already using, which btw it needs to be shot at least twice a week for a total of 500mg. That's a good dose for a begginer. As far as winstrol you are wasting it. It requires daily injections somewhere in the neighborhood of 50mg. What do you have planned for PCT?

    Yea i know my diet is not good but as I explained before, my aim is not to get bigger and gain more mass, im taking sus to stop loosing muscle by stana. Also the max daily mg for stana is 20mg a day for pro builders (eg oral is taken 4x4mg tablets per day x five days).

    No need to pct for stana but i got nolvadex for sus, will do 4 weeks (40, 40, 20, 20)

    Bro, pro bodybuilders run 100mg every day at least if they run Stanzolol.

    I know your goal is cutting I could read. I could also tell you your diet is defficient for either cutting or bulking. Calculate your tdee and I'll showyou what a cutting diet would look like.

    Also stanozol doesn't eat muscle. Go read its profile so you'd see the minimum dose at 50mg/day.

    And lastly cardio and a clean diet is the shortest distance to being chisseled

    I do 30 to 45 min of cardio every day, and as you can see, my diet is almost under 1200 cal a day! but i take a hell of a lot of protein, aminos and etc as supplement. I admit, my diet is shit but hence i asked for your opinion on diet to go with my goal.

    Im currently on 17mg a day of stana. I will up that to 35mg a day. I am also on HGH cycle (6month cycle, im on month 5). Was taking clen as well but it made me flu sick. Im not taking clen anymore atm. Dont wanna do too many things in one cycle. So currently on sus250, stana and HGH.

    I would be appreciated if you could point me to a good diet to get me under 10%bf (im currently 13%)

    Diet forum, cutting diet sticky would be the place to start. Offcourse you would need to adjust it according to your TDEE. If you dont know how to calculate that let me know. I don't have any experience with HGH so I can't be of much help there.

    My TDEE is 5100 but my BMR is 1950. My daily cal usage is approx 4000cal.

    Whats your idea about T3 during my current stan and sus cycle?

    Age
    Accurate body fat %
    Activity level(how often you work out and what you do job wise)

    With those I'll be able to help you on your diet.

    As far as T3 I don't know I have never used it.

    Im 34, work 5 days in office and watch tv/read or on the computer days that im not training. The rest are on my original post. Thanks for your help.

    Ok I did the math your BMR is 1980 and your TDEE is 3070. When do you wake up and when do you workout? I need these for the timing on certain foods

    Wake up at 7am, workout aroung 1pm for one hour.

    Ok here's my cutting diet adjusted a bit for your stats. This might not work for you or you may not enjoy some of these foods.

    Cutting Diet

    Morning Shake 7:00AM
    1 scoop 100% whey protein
    1 banana
    Water

    Breakfast 7:30AM
    2 scrambled eggs
    1 cup eggs white
    1tbsp olive oil
    1/2cup of sweet potato fries
    1 multivitamin
    Water

    Snack 9:30AM
    4oz of tuna
    1tbsp of light mayo
    Tomato and parsley
    1tbsp olive oil
    Water

    Lunch 12:00PM
    8 oz turkey, chicken, beef or fish
    1/2 cup broccoli , spinach , carrots etc
    1 cup of sweet potato or brown rice
    1g vitamin C
    Water

    Postworkout 2:10PM
    2 scoop ON whey protein
    1 cup milk
    1 banana
    2 tbsp condensed milk

    Snack 3:00PM
    2 slices whole grain bread
    2oz tuna
    1 Tbsp light mayo
    1oz almonds
    Water

    Diner 6:00PM
    Similar to lunch but no rice or potato

    Snack9:00
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1tbsp of sugar free jelly
    1oz walnuts
    Water

    With that and 500mg of sustanon a week you will lose fat and gain some quality muscle. Drop the winny, save it for the future.
