calories and androgens

Is this true? it is from the main page of this website.
Becouse this can explain why I feel crapy when I have high testosteron, but if I eat alot I feel much better.

I am natural but my blood work result shows my testosteron is 46.26 rages <5-30>

BF % dont know but hight maybe 25-35%
I am training more than year
And I am 19 years old
