    Bulk cycle?

    Stats: 24yo, 175lbs, 5'9", 10%bf guesstamate, three previous cycles of sustanon and dbol .


    Alright. I'm getting ready to order for my next cycle. I've done some pretty weak cycles and my last one didn't seem like it was totally worth my time. I didn't do anything different in terms of diet and workout. Last dosage was 500mg a week sust, 20mg dbol kick 4 weeks. I mean I still had decent gains but...The first two cycles were solid. So, now I'm thinking of changing it up. I'm thinking of running 500mg test e, 40mg dbol kick, and maybe deca . Any advice or opinions would be much appreciated. I'm looking for a decent bulk cycle that's still not too heavy.

    3rd cycle at only 24, pretty young to be doing all this. How much did you weigh before you started cycling? A simple stack would look something like this...

    wk 1-14 Test E @ 500/wk
    wk 1-12 Deca @ 500/wk
    wk 1-4 Dbol @ 30ED

    Nolva and clomid for PCt and you might as well throw in some HCG since you are running Deca as it is highly suppressive.

    First off, I would go to the diet section and get that in check. No point buying a bunch of gear if you are not making use of it.

    ^^^^^ I agree only i'd up the d-bol to 40mgs taken throughout the day and before bed.
    Jesus that girl has some nice ta ta's.

    How about you try a shorter cycle?

    (weeks 1 - 10) Prop @ 75mg ED
    (weeks 1 - 9) NPP @ 75mg ED
    (weeks 1 - 4) D-bol @ 40mg ED or Anadrol @ 100mg ED

    ^^ this cycles won't blow you up; but they'll definitely add some lean muscle gains.

    Yeah I was 22 on my first cycle. I know it's young. I've worked out for years, but I'm just a hardgainer. Yeah my diets improved dramatically since then. I weighed 150 starting my first cycle. But I was close to 7%bf easy. I just couldn't break my barrier so I turned to aas. It's def helped a lot.
    Yeah I always run nolva, clomid, and hcg at the end of every cycle.
    As for diet I've def read around and I'm eating my body weight in grams of protein, over 4k calories a day of clean food with minor fats. And I'm not worried about buying gear, I have a decent job.
    So knockout, I should keep test e and deca at the same mgs? Should I be worried at deca dick or not so much?

    3 cycles, 5'9'', 175lbs... I still think you should re-work your diet.

    ^^^ I hear ya. But my last cycle was the heaviest yet. I've done very light cycles. But I think my body is getting use to aas more. But yeah I'm planning on doing a good prime before this cycle. I'm just trying to get some ideas to rolla round in my head.
