    im going to start a clen cycle in a few weeks just wanted help on when to take and how much to take...... its the liquid type i was told to start off at .20mg when i wake up for the first few days and see how i feel from there.... i know to do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off i was going to do it for 8 weeks so 4 weeks total of clen....

    i have read some sticky on here on clen but most of it talks in the mcg and mine is liquid form mg so any help with my dosing would help me alot.

    also from read my diet should be high protein low fat and moderate carb. is this right? with cardio 3 times a week for 30 min and workout 4-5 times a week

    any help on anything i should know about clen would be great thanks

    Have some water on board straght after taking it, doesnt taste the best.

    Take it before Midday, it screws with your sleeping otherwise (infact mine still does i think)

    Slowly ramp up, you go to much and it will hurt you, i was wrecked for two days cause i jumped 40mcg in a day. No energy, aching muscles.

    Yes keep that diet but work hard, pus hard, if you are going to put this sort of thing in your body make sure its worth it.

    so if i start at .20mg the first few days what should i go up to? what s to much. i was planning on steady icreasing it every 3 or 4 days once i get a read for how it affects me at the new level. but what should i go till???? from .20 at the first ending at .6 maybe or is that to high to end on? i know everyone is different on what level they can use. but whats a general number so i have an idea

    1st its dosed at Mcg not mg.
    20mcg is a good a start point you have to bridge it for 2 weeks, up then down in the 2 weeks, Do some more reasearch bro, you dont want to do this wrong.
    i run mine upto 120mcg a day, ive ran it upto 200mcg and wasnt much of a difference than 120mcg
    Check your BP everyday imo
    Drink plenty of water, get your diet in check, get some good cardio in and the clen will work great
