im going to start a clen cycle in a few weeks just wanted help on when to take and how much to take...... its the liquid type i was told to start off at .20mg when i wake up for the first few days and see how i feel from there.... i know to do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off i was going to do it for 8 weeks so 4 weeks total of clen....
i have read some sticky on here on clen but most of it talks in the mcg and mine is liquid form mg so any help with my dosing would help me alot.
also from read my diet should be high protein low fat and moderate carb. is this right? with cardio 3 times a week for 30 min and workout 4-5 times a week
any help on anything i should know about clen would be great thanks
