I have been training on and off for five years however i started to train seriously in march of this year at a weight of 157lbs.
My first course of this year was 8 weeks 2sus 2deca approx 5000 calories a day with 250g protien split in to 5 meals bcaas before and after training.
I managed to get up to 184lbs then i had 8 weeks off and started my next course, 3sus 3test ethenate and 4iu of hgh, same eating with 3500 calories, i had also added some body fat due to quitting smoking. I am now on my last week of this course but only 190lbs, i have managed to get down to under 10% body fat due to the hgh and training hard am i doing anything wrong or just being impatient???????
