    questions from a newbie

im 19 and im quite thin and ive tried everything from weight gain to creatine to protien and 7 days a week at the gym but not a whole lot of result. just wondering if it would be ok to start a cycle and what would work best for trying to gain alot of weight?
any input would be greatly appreciated

Give it time, I was skinny at 19 as well. Give proper diet and training a few more years and the results will come. BTW, weight gainers and creatine have their place but are not something you can use in place of eating right.

No more 7 days a week traing. You can eat lots of beef and potatoes, ice cream, etc. Train Heavy, like a powerlifter, plenty of rest between sets. work out 3x week, no more than 45 minutes per session.

Dont run if you can walk, dont walk if you can stand, dont stand if you can sit, dont sit if you can lay down.

Train hard enough to stimulate growth, and leave. (stop reading bodybuiliding magazines, they will screw you up and make you overtrain) Eat more good quality food than you burn up. You have the luxury of dessert once in a while; if you were older Id tell you to have a beer. You will gain weight, and size and strength. Most importantly you will figure out how your body responds to diet and exercise, which is fundamental knowlege for when you cycle later.

    Cheers.

You say you are thin, give us some stats and a sample diet and we can help you tweak it.
