Anavar - My wrists are killing me

I'm in the fourth day of 40mg ED(I might up the dose) anavar for 8 weeks. My wrists are really hurting me and I don't know if it has something to do with it. I have to find a solution as quick as possible, if not I won't be able to train. thank you for your help

Hmm.. How heavy are u going .. How strong are ur forearms ?... maybe lowering the weight... Strenghtening the forearms will help, but ur question is really not specific(I could word it better but..) what excersises are u doing?.. How Long hast this been going for... Before or right after starting anavar?

Have u changed ur routine ? U gotta be more specific man

Well the var didn't kick in yet so I'm still lifting the same weights that I was lifting 4 days ago and I started to feel the pain yesterday so I thought it was because of the var. I never train my forearms and I change my routine every month so what should I do now? thank you

Ex: Bench press 225 lbs, dumbell bench press 90 lbs
Military press 185 lbs, dumbell military press 75 lbs
    Dumbell curls 45 lbs ...

I get pain in my forearms from time to time. Try taking something for your joints (tri-flex)

Also,if you are doing preacher curls when you release the bar, let your grip go very slow.

I get shooting pains after letting the bar go when doing preachers..

To your first question i would say start training with a full grip not fake ( don't knownif u do this already or not) specially focus on back movements, although u should focus on all of the movements the back ones be extra of used , I find this is when I give my forearms the best workout, deadlifts and chinups try to hold thebar really tight to feel the forearm u prob won't go as heavy but in a few weeks ull be getting better.. And. Don't worry if ur going heavy on ur deadlifts it will prob go down a bit .... As for the milk thistle r u sure that's ur dose? I just read my milkthisthle and it says 6000 BUT it also says that it actually containts 200 mg of the milk thistle( I take 2 so 400 mg ) but standarized at 30:1 so apparently it's supposed to be 6000 but it's prob promotional cr@p

thanks for the advice, I actually already hold the bar with a full grip. I never cheat in any movement of any body part because I feel guilty after lol. I'm the kind of guy who prefers adding 5 pounds on his bench press evry week or 2 and do minimum 6 reps without any spot. For the milk thistle, mine is 175mg and I'm taking 4 pills a day.

I doubt its the ANAVAR. Are you training extremely heavy and/or doing any direct forearm movements?
