It's hard for anyone to tell you about expected gains because it is so subjective.

Let me be the first to tell you not to do this. You need to wait until your growth plates have fused. At least 4 more years. Most recommend waiting until you are 25.

to gain 3lbs while dropping 3% of your bf% in 2 months is remarkable, I would just stay on your present track while researching cycles. winny only is as poor as the dbol only cycle you proposed earlier, and you are far too young to cycle regardless.
