stable blood levels from trt dose to cycle dose?

I am currently on hrt of a dose 100mg/week taking test enanthate and i have still not felt the full effects which my blood levels are not stable yet; however when i want to run a cycle and bump up my dose to 400mg/week do i have to wait another 4 weeks then i'll feel the full effects of 400mg/week or i will immediately feel it because the enanthate ester has been in my system for a while because of my hrt dose?

You will feel the effects of 400mgs of test when you start taking 400mgs of test, you will know what stage you start to feel it kick from previous cycles.

i meant to say if i am currently on hrt of 100mg/week and since my body is used to the enanthate ester, if i were to bump my dose to 400mg/week will i still wait 4-6 weeks to feel the full effects like anybody starting a new cycle; or the effects would come upon much sooner?

Much SOONER.. because you will already have 100mgs built up in your system.. i think you are referring to the Gains and Strengths Benefits.. i don't know about other people but this whole "KICK IN" I feel it within the first week.. [Libido] from injecting any kind of ester Test, strength benefits start coming in at week 3 and noticeable size increases by the end of week 4. So to answer your question.. I would guess by Week 2 of Jumping to 400mgs you will start to see changes occuring.. This would be my opinion...
