    just reminding everyone here to get their diets checked peroidically in the diet section..

    we have a wealth of knowledge there and would love to help you out....



    REMEMBER

    running juice without a proper diet is like trying to drive across country without gas in the tank, IT JUST DOESN'T WORKOUT WELL.




    make the best gains possible by correctly setting up your diet...

    I hate these pointless attempts at quantifying what results are made of. Bodybuilding is a recipe, and while some ingredients maybe a little more important than others, everything still needs to be present for the final product to come out properly.

    i put that as my custom title to give people an idea of the importance of dieting.. there are other things like sleep and rest for example that are very important too..

    it's not ment to be literal, it's just there to make a point...
