are my thoughts wrong about front loading???
dont lynch me cause ive been reading about front loading and im pretty sure i got the whole concept behind it i just wanna make sure my thoughts are correct.
when you frontload a cycle your gonna take your next dose based on the half life of the compound...right????
with the longer esters that is.

so say i want 500mg of test e a week i would on day 1 i would do 500mg off the bat instead of half that....than on say day 14 or whatever the half life is i would take 250 mg and then that would make 500mg again since it takes 500mg of the test to go down to 250 mg...is that right??? or is it wrong???

no worries. frontloading has widely mixed reviews, some guys swear by it, some say it's useless. I've done it many times and thought I felt the effects sooner, but looking back it could have just been the placebo effect.

I've done it both my cycles, it's too hard to tell if it's placebo or not tho, even with an open mind. I wish we could see some blood tests to prove once and for all if it works adequately or not.
