ok of the 3 test i see out there which one is best C,E, or P short for all the names?

depends on what you mean by best. they are all just test, the esters are different. e and c are long estered and p is short.

Test is test. Prop kicks in faster, that's all.

yes. the shorter the ester, the faster you feel the effects and the sooner it leaves your system, but that also means you have to inject much more frequently to keep stable levels.
