I was just a week into my first cyle and I fractured my ankle in practice!!!! Its the size of a baseball and I have to wear this giant boot and I cant do shit!!!! Any Sympathy will help :)

I sympathize for you. I hate having to miss any time in the gym for any reason other than wanting to. Hope you have a full recovery in record time. Just heal brother.
Bro that really sucks the only good thing is that you were not in the middle of your cycle when it happened
atleast it's not your shoulder or something, that messes you for good. take the time to heal and come back harder

Sorry to hear that bro. I have been fighting injuries for 2 years. I crushed my arm 2 years ago - went through 3 surgies. 1 which they took bone from my hip to fill in the gap.
And the first day back working out. I tore a muscle in my chest and had to have surgery on that, which got infected and had to have another surgery.
Dude it sucks. But remember, you have plenty of time. Get healed and do not rush things.
And a little growth hormone, ox and winny for the healing would be good as well as deca for your bone density.
