    training after my last pin?

    quick question,
    last pin of my test ethanthate cycle was almost a week ago

    starting PCT in another week in half

    in my last 1 n half weeks left, (after my last pin), should i still train hard and try to gain mass before i start PCT,
    or are my blood levels going to decline pretty fast enough that i shouldnt bother?

    just curious as im not to sure how fast ethanthate blood levels decline over its 14 day active life

    any info be useful,

    your still technically on gear so definately keep training hard....

    also dont fall off with intensity during pct keep up the intensity of your workouts just try and keep them shorter..

    i think the PCT might be wrong, on PCT i plan on doing maintaince workouts just to maintain my strength, nothing more, however of course ill stay intense lol, just train with minimal volume to maintain the muscle mass not stimulate any growth sinc ei wont be in the bets state to grow

    so what are you only going to train to grow while on cycle. Keep training hard during pct just rest a little more.

    also make sure you eat plenty, i found from personal experiance that at the stage you are at if you dont eat plenty of calories and train just as hard you will lose muscle mass quickly. correct me if im wrong guy's but i think this is due to a higher level of estrogen in your body than normal?
