Need good advice (NOVICE) ., test/winny
Hey people., hope all is well in your world. Im here for a little advice. Tried this once before and got an overwhelming response to wait and further my diet and excersize before getting started.
Well 60 days have come and gone and Im deffinatly "feeling" ready and prepared to begin. (though Im sure youll say Im not) I think the advice was WELL worth the wait. To begin I have test 250 and winny 50. For the last 45 days of my 60 day training sesion for myself I have cut out almost all sugars. I try to keep it under 5g a serving. Lots of fruit lots of veggies, nothing after 6pm. I dont eat anything white (bread rice ect) flour is out! I keep it to grains, and brown rice n stuff. My work out consist of one hour before work, 12 HARD hours of work, (I work 12 hr days 7 days a week) and one hour after work. I do 15 min of hard intense cardio, then lift the remaining 45. My bench is pretty lame, Im embarresed but would like to keep it honest ., it's 165 max one time. My squats is about 300 max one rep. Sad.........., but Im ready to change this.
Given than Im 30 yrs old, 6'2" and 230, those are horrible pathetic numbers. Id like to lose 30 lbs of fat and gain 30 lbs of muscle. staying at 6'2" 230-ish. My body fat is most likely around 16 - 17 maybe even 18 %. Would like to get down to 10% or LESS. All of that being said, I have 6 bottle in my gear bag and would like to know how to best use them. 3 test 3 winny, I got them from a friend who had complete kidney failure and he owed me money. But Ive always wanted to do this just never had the chance until now. Would like some advice on how to best use my suplies. Someone I know said to start off with test only and go 1000 mg on wk one and 500 mg on weeks 2-8 then Use nothing for 2 weeks (continue to work out) and then repeat. And then he told me to save the winny for when im done but also said I would only need one bottle. He said 3 would jack up my joints ?? Odd but okay Im a beginer Im lame to the facts. So does anybody have any suggestions.
Should I use the two together? My frien I got them from got AMAZING results doing that. (AND I MIGHT ADD , he was on the "shit" for 3-4 yrs off and on with poor diet , drinking ALOT and stuff like that) Anyhow Ill take any advice you can give thanks. Id planned on taking them together.
