    new guy that needs some help

    Stats-

    Age:28
    Height:6'1
    Weight: 206
    BF%: 17
    Cycle Exp: 0
    PCT Knowledge: 0
    Training Exp: 13 years
    i am a competitve brazilian jiu-jitsu purple belt. i am trying to get down to 188-190lbs with a bf% of around 8-10. i train bjj 4x per week and train muay thai 3x a week. i also lift 3 times a week. i am trying to get significant gains in strength as well. the only people i know that have used gear did not know how to cylce properly and had mixed results. i need to be at this weight/bf% by march 2010. please any and all help would be a great help. thannx in advance

    Its my understanding that AAS will generally not be an effective fat/weight reduction tool. I think you may need to alter your diet to reach your goals

    Congrats with your goals you have already achieved.

    This is really a diet issue.

    You can get to your desired weight by altering the what you eat ant the way you train.

    Post your diet in the diet section.

    And there is also a workout section you can post your work out in.

    Would clen be good to. Use? And then do a bulking/strength cycle and then another 3 weeks of clen?

    sounds like diet issue bro.

    how is ur bf that high with all the martial arts training u do?
    plus all the weight lifting?

    I have already lost 35lbs from this time last year. I have not been able to drop any weight the last 2 months

    sorry giuys can'\t believe i forgot to add this. i had my ligaments reatatched in m,y thumb and have not been able to train regulrly for the last 6 weeks. cast is now off but still have a couple pins. my diet as of now is pretty strict 6 meals a day.
    1st meal protien shake with 1 banana maca chocolate nibs cinamin ginger and spinich a lil acai or blue berries
    2nd meal 1 hand full of almonds 1/4 blue berries
    3rd meal 1 chicken breast steamed 1/2 cup spinach 3/4 cup brown rice home made green salsa 1/2tomoato
    4th meal 1 hand full ofalmounds 1 orange
    5th meal protien shake
    6th meal 1/4 chicken breast and a 1/2 cup broccoli

    i just started training again as well and man i feel so sluggish the next day body sore from doing pistol squats. i should be able to lift weights again starting nect week when i get these damn pins removed.

    thank you i will look at the diet section as well for additional help. i hope that i am not bugging you guys to much just well i am an damn idiot when it come to this stuff lmao.
