    15lb gain in one week...good god.

    I don't feel overly bloated or like i'm retaining a ton of water...but I finally went a weekend without drinking and trying to get my diet down better and cut out booze completely...so i figured i would do away with my usual monday bloat that comes with drinking on a saturday nite for once....last week friday I weighed in at 245 lbs which i was pretty happy with....and i stepped on the scale today and it read 260....anyone ever have that much water weight in a week???? Seems ridiculous....my jaw about dropped to be honest. I've really haven't been going over 3500 calories in any given day.

    what are u running? what doses

    It may be the times that you're stepping on the scale.

    You should go on the scale first thing in the morning for the best readings (no bloat).

    If you measured yourself on Friday in the morning... and weighed yourself on Monday night this may make sense (because my weight fluctuates ~6 pounds per day.)

    If you did honestly gain 15 pounds in 2 days then you should get yourself an A.I. immediately. Not to mention some Vitamin E oil.... because your stretch marks are going to be horrendous post cycle..

    I know...has to be water because i've been monitoring all of my diet and writing everything down.

    I measure myself Thursday morning to thursday morning of the next week. I have no idea how I could be honestly carrying 15 lbs of water and glycogen even though i upped my carbs this week, seems excessive to me.

    That is not correct.
    In fact, it is the opposite since in the morning (just woke up) your body water is not yet "organized" within the muscles, the organs, the articulations..., since it laid many hours in the same position.
    To have the best possible measurements you need to weight yourself in the late afternoon just before your dinner and with more than a hour of rest if you trained.
    So, to conclude you bw will be higher in the morning just awake but that "calculation" cannot be correct.

    do you use the same scale every time you weigh in? beacues one time i had a scale say i was 20lbs more the next day i was like hmm cant be right turns out the scale just craped out

    600mgs a week of Test and 30 mgs a day of Superdrol.

    DIET daily example:

    Breakfast - 3 eggs - 2 scoops whey
    Snack: 2 Sccops whey
    Lunch: 2 pieces tiliapean w/ veggies
    Snack: Postworkout Torrent
    Supper: Stir Fry - steak, brown rice, green veggies

    well the scale is rong or it's just water or bloat 15lb in 1 week is alot and i do not believe it's muscle weight. thats just my OPI

    I can easily be up 12 pounds in a day compared to morning and night. But this doesnt seem to be your problem.
    More than like some bloat but truthfully i wouldnt run an ai unless its needed for gyno. Cut down on the salts a little and drink more water

    Agreed. I had some pretty salty foods out of the norm last week, i think that has quite a bit to do with it. Just sucks though. Frustrating feeling.

    257lbs this morning...down 3 from yesterday....went to the gym last nite and did 20 mins cardio and sat in the sauna for awhile. Thing that sucks is a great cardio session can usually do wonders for me losing water weight but my heal has been bothering me for a few weeks so I cant do much cardio at all...and i'm pretty bummed about it.
