I don't feel overly bloated or like i'm retaining a ton of water...but I finally went a weekend without drinking and trying to get my diet down better and cut out booze completely...so i figured i would do away with my usual monday bloat that comes with drinking on a saturday nite for once....last week friday I weighed in at 245 lbs which i was pretty happy with....and i stepped on the scale today and it read 260....anyone ever have that much water weight in a week???? Seems ridiculous....my jaw about dropped to be honest. I've really haven't been going over 3500 calories in any given day.
