    New membe first cycle

    Hey guys new to this forum so I wanted to see what everyone thinks of this for my first cycle. First here are the stats 21 years old, 5'8, 173 lbs, been lifting seriously for about 3 years now. Here is the proposed cycle.
    1-12 Test E 250mg
    1-12 Equipoise 400 mg
    14-18- Nolva 40 40 20 20
    Using Test for obvious reason and throwing in the equipoise to increase my appetite and eat like a horse, and have crazy vascularity. I know my dose of test is a little low but im prone to gyno and i wanna be careful. If I feel the need I will bumb to 500 mg. Goal is to get to 200 lbs. Ill have aromasin on hand incase of problems occur.

    Im aware of what im getting into. I am not looking for a magic pill or something to just get bigger. Ive done my research on the pros and cons. My diet is locked in as well as my training.

    dude run that test at atleast 400mg so you wont kill your sex drive and you will gaiin better off of that too than 250mg and if you are prone to gyno then just use a-dex eod thats what i did but dont use it ed like i did it will hinder your gains

    Yea i figured someone would say that I was hopeing to be able to run it at 250 and see gains but i figured I would have to run it at atleast 400. i was gonna order enough for 500mg a week anyway just incase.

    2. if its ur first cycle, how do u know u r gyno prone? whats ur bf%
    3. 2 many chemicals in ur first cycle.

    Ran a stupid P.H 2 years back and experienced symptoms of gyno.
    I guess I could drop the eq and run test at 500 mg for 10 weeks then nolva pct.

    at age 21, i would eat do proper workout to gain weight! If juice at that age wont show you sides now, wait until your 40!

    But as we all know, you're not here to hear "dont". So if you really have to do it, stay on 250mg for 8 weeks and Nolva would do fine. Even a tank cannot kill your sex drive at that age! Just eat eggwhites, chicken/turkey, fish and lean meat while your on this cycle. Combine it with protein shakes few times a day. Remember, dont expect to jump to 200lbs in 8 weeks with no effort.

    I know its going to take effort.. I plan on dedicating myself for those 14-16 weeks and after. Planning in taking in between 3500 and 4000 calories a day.

    B) I love EQ but save it for down the road.
    c)I agree at 400 test min.

    What is your "locked in" diet? I am going to bet it could use some work because you can still gain some natural muscle mass at your height and weight.

    typical day
    breakfast shake ( 1 1/2 scoop whey, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 tbs peanut butter blended together)
    1 Chicken breast with 1 1/2 cup whole wheat past
    Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
    Steak w Brown Rice
    Cyto Gainer shake
    1 Pork Chop w 1 cup pasta
    Casein Shake
    goodnight.

    thats not a horrible diet but it could use work, i wouldn't call that "locked in" by any means.. go over to the diet section and post that for some help..
