Wanting to do my 1st course
Im 24
15 percent fat
5 years on and off in the gym
6ft tall
i pick up on a good day 200kg with my tits
dead lift 240 kg wanting to keep in shap for a strong man comp

test e, 500mg/ week. two shots every 3.5 days. but remember with out a spot on diet it is pointless.

get your self educated, mate. Thats the best thing anyone can do before cycling any AAS. Make sure your maotives are right too, far to amy people start AAS because they look at the others around them in the gym they attend. Look to beat your self only. the goals you set. Then ensure your ready by talking to somone you trus who uses AAS not some one who sells the stuff.BE SAFE.

my food intake
Im Age 24, 15% Body Mass,Food daily intake::: Morn: Oats,Banana,3 eggs +Protein shake.Snack- wholemeals bagels,peanutbutter and banana +Honey. Lunch Jacket potato-tuna and salad with brown rice. Snack-shake+apple Dinner-Chicken breasts and fibulous carbohydrates. Snack :milkshake b4 bed. Ive been training (with rest periods) for 5 years. Inlusive of high cardio via boxing and free weights.Im now 18 stone.Im 6ft 1in tall. Is this enough info to help me?? if not i can provide more. many thanks

You need to sort your diet out before you start cycling, its not well thought out. Go down to the diet section and start reading the stickies or post your diet and what you want to achieve.

Your diet needs work, if you go down to the diet section of this site you can read the stickies at the top of the page to give you an idea on what a solid diet looks like, you can also start a thread down there asking for help, just post your diet and explain what your trying to achieve.

i am on a high protien diet moderate carbs. wanting to bulk up slightley and be cut up.

Then why your diet needs to be checked and you have no idea what a pct looks like?
There are many factors to consider here but the most important to me is health. So, do you have an endocrinologist ready to follow you?
This, I believe is the first question you should answer. Then, you may have a deep reading on this forum to learn what to do and the proper way to do it.
Surely, many people here can help you by knowing what the are writing about.

By the way, jumping on ones neck is not allowed so I usually choke with my right arm.
