You have high Estradiol levels and they need to be reduced by an AI.

You can feel serious benefits with some Aromatase inhibitor.

You should go and see an endocrinologist.
Furthermore, you missed some analyses.

HTG
PRL
SHBG
PROGESTERONE
DHEA
DHT
HGH (not necessary but if you can afford it, why not)
INSULIN (basal)
Clue:
Next time ask only for FT3 and FT4, you'll save some money since the TTL ones are not needed by modern medicine.Last edited by BJJ; 10-04-2009 at 02:30 PM.

Also, i did check the Cholestrol Panel;
Cholestrol, serum (Total) --> 183 mg/dl (Normal up to 200)
Triglycerides, serum --> 81 mg/dl (Up to 150)
HDL-C --> 56 mg/dl (More than 40 mg/dl)
L.D.L --> 111 mg/dl (Up to 100)
V.L.D.L --> 16 mg/dl (Up to 30)
"HDL Risk Factor (Total Chol/HDL-C) --> 3.3
(1/2 Average 3.9 , Average 5.0 , 2 Average 9.6 , 3 Average 23.4)

and the final test was Complete Blood Picture,
Hemoglobin Concentration --> 15.6 (12.5 up to 17.5 g%)
Haematocrit (PCV) --> 45.3 (40 up to 50 %)
Red Cell Count --> 5.6 (4.25 up to 5.9 Million/cmm)
MCV --> 80.9 (80 up to 100 fl)
MCH --> 27.9 (27 up to 33 pg)
MCHC --> 34.4 (31 up to 37 g/dl)
RDW-CV --> 13.7 (11.5 up to 15 %)
Platelet Count --> 164 (150 up to 450 thousand/cmm)
Total Leucocyte Count --> 6.2 (4 up to 11 thousand/cmm)

I would have also checked:
1. PSA (Prostatic Specific Antigen)
2. Amylase (pancreas)
High levels of estradiol and cortisol (that is not too high however) together but with the liver analyses in range, may lead to many different explanations, which I have no right to give because I am not a doctor.
Good call to go and see an endocrinologist.
I wish you Good Luck and let us know.

bascially that is your index level if the scale was on the 241-840 you would be about a ~400... A little low for 32 year old male. You should be on average in the 600 range or 105 on the index.

Lets look at test ranges first.
lets just say you have a test and the range is from 50-150 for the given test (generally you free test is on a scale of ~241-~840).
IF your results come back at 55 then yes you are on the normal range BUT on the low side of the normal.
For example, say on a scale of 241-840 you have a 300 then you are bascially on the low side of normal... Generally men in the 70s have a 300 range.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... why would your FSH/LH/index be on the low side... You used a AAS (even though its a pro-h) and your are recovering.
Without PCT your body takes long time to come back.

Right now you are already off PH for over 6 months and your body is coming back.
I say for future issues either do a proper PCT after PH or do not use PH.
Personally I find PH dangerious. There is just not enough studies done to determine sides and they are not proven. Most use PH and think 'well if its legal it must be fine'

You might benefit from PCT, But since its been so long IMHO you aready for a real cycle.
You have with respect to estrogen adn cort what is called a negative feedback mech.
Basically once you get off AAS you body rebounds with higher E2 and Cort S

1- Should i also add low doses of Novla & Aromasin along with the above cycle setup to fight the E2 even before side starts to show?
2- What do you think i should take to compact the high Cortisol value?

dancer very smart!

AAS blocks cortisol production in itself. There are anti-cort drugs but dont fvck with them.
You do need to have a AI on hand incase you do have conversion issues to estrogen. Please keep in mind you always need and AI on hand. Aromasin is a good AI but adex is just as good if you are only on 500mg EW.
