How long should i wait till i start dieting after?

1-12 500mg test e
2-5 Dbol 20mg

pct
1-2 100mg clomid 20mg nolva
3-4 50mg clomid 20mg nolva

if by dieting you mean cutting, I would wait at least 4-5 weeks after you finish PCT to allow your hormones to get back up to par. If you start to cut to quickly you will burn some of that hard earned muscle...I know from experience.

yeah i mean cutting but i say dieting because people are morons that dont understand or cant guess what cutting is in everyday language. In my head its cutting but had to adjust to saying and writing dieting. Its mostly from my bodybuilding causn it.
