so If I injected 1ml I would get the 40mg of prop, per injection...

Normally Sus should have per 250mgs = testosterone propionate - 30 mg, testosterone phenylpropionate - 60 mg, testosterone isocaproate - 60mg, and testosterone decanoate -100 mg.

sustanon is suposed to be injected EOD so do the maths.

You've got prop then 3 longer esters in there to pick up after the prop loses its active-life...

I got great results taking 1cc of Sustanon250 every 3rd day for 10 weeks.
(By the way 1cc = 1ml)

The only problem with that is that you are not taking advantage of the short esters. You test levels will rise and then fall sharply within 3 days. Taking a smaller dose more frequently will avoid this problem.
