Help on cycle

Hey all, its been a while now..ive been resting and willing to start my bulk cycle soon
this will be my 4th cycle..i had to rest longer cuz i got swine flu when i finished my cycle..so i took a while to recover..i am 210 (use to be 225 after my last cycle) i am 23 years old this is my planned cycle please comment on it

Deca week 1-12 500mgs
Sustanon 1-13 500mgs (might bump it up to 750)
Tren E 3-12 300mgs

Pct starts week 15
nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/25

im gonna throw in some proviron as well around 50mgs per day..it works fine with me..helps me wit the estrogen and all..now this will be the first time ill use tren E how is the dose? and how can i split it up per week? the brand im getting is a 200mg/ml..as well as the sustanon can i inject it 2 times a week or it should be more often?

oh i forgot to mention..i am 6"0 dunno my bf% now..but roughly 12%-14%
