hello, i am jaspal singh from india, i wants to be a good body builder,
i have a miso frame, my bench press is 250lbs , i wants to increase it as much as possible, i am 26 years old. in india menabol(stanozolol 2mg tablets)
is available. please tell me the proper circle for stanozolol 2mg tablets for cosuming. i am first time taking steroids.
please tell me the proper circle to consuming these for bodybuilding.

My advise would be to research on this site for a while. People are not going to feed you all the info.

You will need to take at least 20-30 of those tabs a day if they are only 2mg, for at least 6 weeks, IMO. During that time, you will need to take it with testosterone and proper PCT to follow. I suggest doing a search on these topics in the "search" bar above . There is plenty of information on these topics all through out this site!!
