on cycle and pct

i am getting ready to start a cycle of sus 500 mg/wk for 10 weeks and deca 300 mg/wk for 7 weeks. starting the deca 2 weeks in and ending 1 week befor the sus. looking for some pointers on on cycle and pct. i have read and heard a lot of dif info but just not to sure how i want to run it. im thinking on using nolva at 20 mg a day 2 weeks after i am off cycle for 5 weeks but what about durring cycle.
