Questions Before Starting First Cycle
Hi All,
Just had a couple of quick questions that hopefully you professionals could help me with.
1 - What should your body fat percentage be before starting your first cycle?
2 - What is the best way to lower your body fat percentage, and what kind of cardio?
3 - I am looking to gain about 20 lbs of muscle, but be ripped as well. I want to have the "he is in great shape" look rather than "he must take steroids " look. Here is what I was suggested to take:
test at 600mg once a week
deca 300mg once a week
Gh at 4ius a day
arimdex 1mg a day
proviron at 50mg a day...
Do you agree or disagree with what he mentioned? What are your views?

An ideal bf level is around the 12% mark, if you cycle when its higher your more than likely to expereince more sides like estrogen and water retention for example.
Cardio and diet is the best way forward to attcking your bf, cardio on a empty stomach first thing in the morning for 30-45mins will do you wonders for lowering your bf levels.
If you drop your bf right down, you will be in an excellent position to build huge amounts of muscle tissue when you do start a cycle, but first cycle you want to be looking at test only, dont use any other compounds,
I would also have some a-dex to hand but only use it if you see sides coming on,

Marcus,
My current diet is as follows:
Meal 1 - 1 cup of oatmeal and a protein shake
Meal 2 - 6 oz chicken breast, 4 oz brown rice
Meal 3 - 4 oz turkey breats, plus some fruit or vegetable
Meal 4 - 8 oz steak, 6 oz brown rice, small salad
Meal 5 - 1 oz of almonds and a protein shake
Is there anything you would change or suggest to lower my body fat?
