Hi All,
Just had a couple of quick questions that hopefully you professionals could help me with.
1 - What should your body fat percentage be before starting your first cycle?
12% will be great i think
2 - What is the best way to lower your body fat percentage, and what kind of cardio?
Diet & Cardio, i would say before your workout 15 minutes as a warm-up and another 15 mintues after your workout, both medium intensity cardio.
3 - I am looking to gain about 20 lbs of muscle, but be ripped as well. I want to have the "he is in great shape" look rather than "he must take steroids" look. Here is what I was suggested to take:
test at 600mg once a week (My cycle: 1-12 Weeks Test E @ 250mg x 2 times per week for better blood levels)
deca 300mg once a week (this is not for 1st cycle!)
Gh at 4ius a day (Why?)
arimdex 1mg a day (.5mg every other day or .25mg per day is enough)
proviron at 50mg a day (really do not know if will add any benefits, but i am planning Proviron for my 1st cycle too, still do not know if i will do 25mg or 50mg!)
Do you agree or disagree with what he mentioned? What are your views?
