Most generally you can apply this to most substances:

Sub-q slower release

IM- faster uptake

IV fastest uptake

Sub-q is the way to go with HCG. IMO

there is no reason whatsoever to cause muscle trauma by doing IM
go with sub q injections with HCG
the release will be almost identical
