Leg training when on gear
Hey guys,
I usually do legs only one day a week but currently on test prop, winny and hgh cycle so should i continue wth one day or should i take advantage of the test and fit two days for legs to avoide unbalance growth (big upper body, skinny legs)? or is one day going to be sufficient for keeping the balance? Thanks

I cannot work legs more than one day a week no matter what I am on. Listen to your body though bro. You are the only one that knows the intensity and depth of your leg work outs, and how you are recovering. Good luck

Break your legs mate. When im on GH and slin i go to gym x 2 a day for a short period of time.

No matter what I'm on I only train legs once a week and I beat them up hard.

I can do smaller muscles twice a week but legs and back just once, but everybody is different I suppose
