First Timer Cycle Advice

Hi all, my friend is thinking of running a cycle of the following....

Deca 300mg per week, running weeks 1-8
Omnadren 500mg per week, running weeks 3-6
Test E 300mg per week, running weeks 7-10
DBol 20mg daily, running weeks 3-6
PCT Clomid 100mg daily, running weeks 11-12
PCT Clomid 50mg daily, running weeks 13-14
PCT Tamoxifen 40mg daily, running weeks 11-12
PCT Tamoxifen 20mg daily, running weeks 13-14

He's 32 years old, weighs 87 kg and has been training for 3 years.

All input appreciated.

Why start deca before starting with test? Just start everything on day one.

I thought it was a good idea to run the test on for 2 weeks after finishing deca

Yes but you need to start them at the same time too. 8 weeks for deca is too short. That cycle needs work and pct should start for a full 2 weeks after the test e is done.

As chuck said theres 2 many compounds in there

I see its your "Friends" first cycle so most would recommend a test only cycle

yes 12 weeks at 500mg split into 2 shots of 250mg every 3.5 day followed by pct of nolva and clomid

just save the rest for next time,drop evrything other than the test e and run clomid and tamoxifen for your pct and your good

What height is he? I mean if he's 5'3" then he must be built like a rhinoceros, but if he's 6'3" then he's probably a little bit skinny.

We can't make any sense of weights unless you give us the height.

My test is in 150mg amounts. What doseage will I use to acheive 500mg weekly?

just use 450mg

I would personally just do 450mg a week then and just do 1.5 ml every 3.5 days 450mg is still a good amount for your first cycle

I might be able to swap mine for 250mg amps. Would taking the dbol be a bad idea?

you could use the dbol at 40mg a day for your first 4 weeks its up to you

weeks 1-4 Clomid @ 50mg per day
weeks 1-4 Nolva (tamoxifen ) @ 20mg per day

Next cycle you can then add in some deca . Obviously this is your first cycle so its test only to see how you react to it.

1. Needs to train a little while longer and get diet on point first.

2. Start with either test only at 500mg per week or test /dbol

The pct below is a standard pct for a test cycle and is what most people use.
