Once I start my cycle, how many calories should I be taking in for maximum gains.
Also, I'm going to be injecting 2cc of test-cyp 2x a week (total 400 per week). Is there a "best" time to inject? I've seen some say an 1hr before a workout while others say in the evening before going to bed. Which is the way to go?
How the hell can anyone answer this question without some stats?
