So quick intro im 6'8'' started @ 265 begining september.
this is my typical day well actually they r all the same basically!
wake up 5am 2 hard boiled eggs 1 with yolk 1 without then i take my 2 mega man vitamin tabs my 2 fish oil tabs and my 4 winny tabs
7am (work)protein bar 32g protein with nutrabolics isogainer 2 scoops like 42g protein
8am (work)1 helio tab full bottle water
830am (gym) (cardio) for 45-50min
930am (home) chicken breast cup cooked brown rice salsa to taste, slice of cheese
1230pm (work)
2pm (work)1 hardboiled egg no yolk and small apple
4pm (work)1 hardboiled egg w/yolk protein shake and protein bar (as above)
630pm (work)1 helios tab
7pm (gym) what ever my routine is that day
9pm (home) small cup protein post workout etc
930ish (bed) resting zzzzzzzzzz
Now thats the exact same evryday except for thursdays thats when i skip gym and inject

I need i need feedback since this is my first cycle ive seen gains im now 280lbs in 1.5 mths so 15lbs so far!
any feedback on diet cycle both anything would be GREATLY appreciated!
