    I Need Your feedback pleaseeee!!! (admins hopefully this is in the right section)

    So quick intro im 6'8'' started @ 265 begining september.

    this is my typical day well actually they r all the same basically!

    wake up 5am 2 hard boiled eggs 1 with yolk 1 without then i take my 2 mega man vitamin tabs my 2 fish oil tabs and my 4 winny tabs

    7am (work)protein bar 32g protein with nutrabolics isogainer 2 scoops like 42g protein

    8am (work)1 helio tab full bottle water

    830am (gym) (cardio) for 45-50min

    930am (home) chicken breast cup cooked brown rice salsa to taste, slice of cheese

    1230pm (work)

    2pm (work)1 hardboiled egg no yolk and small apple

    4pm (work)1 hardboiled egg w/yolk protein shake and protein bar (as above)

    630pm (work)1 helios tab

    7pm (gym) what ever my routine is that day

    9pm (home) small cup protein post workout etc

    930ish (bed) resting zzzzzzzzzz

    Now thats the exact same evryday except for thursdays thats when i skip gym and inject

    cycle info: (3 months cycle)

    4 winny tabs daily
    2 helio tabs daily
    thursdays) 1cc of super test > (currently
    1cc of deca > (currently

    weeks 1-3 was 4w,2h,2.5super,
    weeks 4-5 was 4w,2h,2super
    week 6-7 was 4w,2h,1super,1deca

    I need i need feedback since this is my first cycle ive seen gains im now 280lbs in 1.5 mths so 15lbs so far!

    any feedback on diet cycle both anything would be GREATLY appreciated!

    can you elaborate on the above?

    im confused as to what your doing? youve already done the cycle or are in the middle of the cycle?

    whats the deal with the test and deca?

    I havnt looked over the diet yet but if your wanting help with it then you should post it up in the diet section along with more stats as well as BMR and TDEE

    I'm almost exactly half way through and deca and test just the cycle I mixed? Diet - I guess ill post that in the diet section!

    im still confused. are you tapering the test? did you start deca at week 6?

    how many mg of each? 4 tabs and 1cc means nothing.

    I'm not going to comment on cycle as I am not experienced in cycling. However, the diet is absolutely terrible! Go to the diet section. Post up that diet and stats and we will take it from there. I am going doing late nite at the gym tonite so it will be pretty late by the time I respond. Just for starters you are eating not near enough real food and consming far too much protien from shakes and bars.

    Well all I know is that I'm taking 4 little pills of winny 2 little pills of helio 1.5mg of supertest and 1.5mg of deca (the syringe goes to 3 on the measuring and its full)! And also this cycle is a half bulker half cutter for me cause all I really wanna do is lose my gut and put on some size
