Yes and it will be really hard.
If you measure out 50mg and try to eat it you are gonna have a hard time.
That is a very small amount.
Most boards have a kitchen chem section you can post on. Your best bet is to put in liquid solution and drink it to keep the dosage consistant.

Yeah I was just reading up on this.. I got it in bulk.. 10g . so mxing with a consistant liquid would be best
