About to order needles... Question

Hey guys quick check before I get my needles/syringes.

Getting Terumo stuff - is there any point getting 10cc syringes when I will never be injecting that much? Should I just get the 5cc? or are the 10cc easier to hold or something?

Heres what i can get

Terumo Syringe 10cc/ml X 100
Terumo Syringe 5cc/ml X 100
Terumo Needle 18G X 1.5" (1.20 X 38mm) X 100
Terumo Needle 21G X 1.5" (0.80 X 38mm) X 100
Terumo Needle 23G X 1" (0.6 X 25mm) X 100
Terumo Needle 25G 1" X 100

Generally from what Ive read 22/23g 1.5" is whats best for glutes - However Terumo dont seem to make that - only a 21g 1.5. For glute injections should I go with that?

How does that look? That way I SHOULD be able to do glutes quads delts pretty ok right?

IMO 21g will suck!

i personally wont stick myself with anything bigger than 23g 1.5in for glutes
25g 1inch for quads and delts

oh and i usually just get the 3cc syringes

What brand do you get? I cant find terumo 23g 1.5 inch anywhere online in aus....

Can get B-D 23g 1.25inch, would that be ok for glute?

see if you can find the 23g 1.5 needle itself, without the syringe thats what i have

Looked everywhere. Best I can get is

BD 23g 1.25"
or
BD 22g X 1.5"

Any brand will do...I ussually use BD or Teremo...Seems to be easier to get gear through the Teremo. IMO

I like to get a variety of pin lengths and sizes. I'm sure the 21g attached to the syringes will be to draw then your planning on switching to the 1inch 25g to shoot...? Your gear may be thick and hard to get through 25g... I'd just go with 23g 1inch 100ea... Then buy a few 25g 1inch to see if they work well.

Ive got:
25g 1inch and 1 1/2inch
23g 1inch and 1 1/4 and 1 1/2
27g 1inch
Crap load of insulin syringes..
I kinda collect... like my gear...

All my syringes have 22g attached to draw with then I switch to whatever works best for the site and whatever substance Im injecting....

I actually use 1inch for the glute... Depends on the individual. If you have a low BF% 1inch may be fine. If I use 1.50inch on my glute its just to deep.... You need to find out what works for you.

Thanks mate, im about 13-14%...

I mite grab the 22g 1.5inch and see how they go.

Theres a few online pharm sites if you just search "terumo needle" in google with aus only search set.

I bought from - Vet n Pet Direct - just google the name.

I know this is an old thread but FYI to anyone else from Sydney Australia, you can get FREE syringes & needles from Sydney Sexual Health Clinic located close to Martin Place Sydney CBD.

You can get them annonimously & you can get as much as you want - it's part of the Needle Exchange Program initiated by the Australian Government.

Here's what I got the last time round:

Terumo Needle 21G X 1.5" (0.80 X 38mm) X 30
Terumo Needle 23G X 1" (0.6 X 25mm) X 30

Plus tons of alcohol swipes.
