So im nearing the end of my first cycle

and next week is my last injection

i was just running test cyp

have u guys tried a dianabol bridge before and even while starting pct


my next cycle

will be test sustanon dianabol and eq

is the brige safe?

let me know your opinions

Dont concern yourself with a AAS bridge if your on your first cycle, concentrate on recovery and maintenance.

Make sure you can recover, wait your time, and go at it again.

Do not run any AAS while doing PCT.It will suppress your HPTA and be counter productive to recovery.
You can run Dbol up to the week before PCT. Wouldn't suggest anything other then that. This I consider a "bridge" to PCT...Dont run it during PCT!

I dont think a bridge with AAS makes sense. The idea of being OFF and doing PCT is to recover natural hormone levels,,if you continue to stay ON even at a low dose you wont recover right.
