emotional issues+ no gains yet

hey fellas. i've been doing test e and deca
@ deca 300 mg + test e 400 mgs

for wks 1 2 3 and 4

i jus did my 5 th shot and bumped up my deca to 400 mgs and test to 500mgs respectively.

So far:

some strenght gains. NO VISIBLE CHANGES YET. Also ive been taking nolva @10 mgs/ day since day one. Ive been feeling very emotional and irritated lately. i broke down the other day with my gf. is this normal?

What is causing this? nolva

and so far only some strength gain. when do i start growing????

From what Ive read people say week 5 or 6 to see results, but wouldnt the Nolvadex be working against you whilst on your cycle and making your gains less anyway.

no its jus to counteract the progestrone sides. Infact if u go under the cycles listed under this site. u'll see that they call 10mg of nolva a "welcome addition" to a cycle like this. it will keep you from getting ****ed up estro sides as well

I'm on Test/Deca right now and didn't see gains till the middle of week 5. Be patient.

Nolva will not help progesterone problems. You want caber or bromo for that.

well i dont see any negatives in including 10mgs/day to the cycle with some b6. i think thats jus bieng wise

yeah i'm on test 400mg and i didnt kick till week 5ish almost 6 strength gains came prior, and yes nolva can hinder you gains due to it supresses estrogen build up doesnt cut it off like an AI but you need estrogen to grow and i'm sure the nolva is holding some of your gains back go ahead and drop it or atleast cut it to EOD then drop it and you will probably gain weight.

I wouldnt run the nolva unless you had sides like sore nipples.

are you injecting twice a week or just once?

if you doing it just once a week that wld be your problem your hormone levels arn't stable

i do once a week but no contradictions there ive heard in the past. plus i dont particularly look forward to it. so the less the better as long as it get the job done.
