    Need help

    I'm considering doing my first cycle. i have been lifting for 25 years. I am 6' and about 265lbs @ 15%bf 20" arms. My problem is that I have never been able to get cut. My current weight is pretty much where I stay. I have dieted down to around 230 but still look soft. Looking for something to get that cut look. My diet is pretty good. I do splurge from time to time, but staples are plain oatmeal with protein powder, chicken beast, shrimp, sirloin, mahi mahi. I grill everything. Steriods have never been something I wanted to do b/c I have never had a problem gaining size. At this point in my life, I want to get lean and cutting has alluded me my whole life. what would you recommend?

    Well first off diet is key even if you do decide to take steroids . Also how much cardio dare you doing?

    I lift 4 to 5 days a week. If I have an off day, i may even lift 6 days a week. For cardio I hit the stair climber about 4 days a week anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. I use to run some but it has gotten rough on my old knees. I'm 45 btw.

    I`m not opposed to helping you with a cycle but you should really try and get your diet tweaked first. Can you lay out your daily diet.......


    I would suggest a cycle like this...

    weeks
    1-12 Test E 500mg/week split into 2 injections per week

    PCT
    15-16 Nolva 40mg ed
    15-16 Clomid 50mg ed
    17-18 Nolva 20mg ed
    17-18 Clomid 25mg ed

    It is also good to keep an ai on hand like arimidex aka adex.

    diet

    Breakfast: normally either plain oatmeal with 2 scoops of whey or 3 eggs.
    mid-morning snack: either almonds, walnuts, occasionally low-fat yogurt.
    Lunch: varies widely, sometimes my biggest meal if I go out for lunch with work. If so, try to be really careful the rest of the day. otherwise, turkey sandwich on wheat, apple is not uncommon.
    late day snack: Whey protein and water.
    Evening: As I said, I grill everything. chicken, fish, sirloin, Shrimp. Lots of salads with oil and vinegar dressing and cottage cheese. Tonight for example, shrimp boil with turkey sausage and mushrooms.

    I mostly drink water and green teas (spent a lot of time in Asia).

    Thanx fellows. I'll try to be even more disciplined with my diet. I know I have a very slow metobolism. I'm not trying to take the easy way out, obviously I have been at this a long time. Apparently most say my first cycle should be test only. Should it be pills or shots?
