My problem with PCT advice on the boards

Why is it always about drugs? We never talk about higher cals off cycle?
I never read about lifting off cycle! Never!

I have been around for a while and I just don't understand why we never talk about anything else besides drugs while off cycle.

I like the two areas on Nutrition and Training. I agree with you we need to go morre indepth and reason through it.

I believe that improper diet/lifting hinder hpta recovery.

I like to have others add thoughts here and give impute.
