can you provide us with some stats so we can better assist you?
what cycle number is this for you?
if you want to just keep it simple stick with a single longer estered test such as cypionate or enanthate.

this my second cycle not sure i want to do tren or eq. mystats are 5''10 195 been working out for on and off for 10 years hard at for the past two. my last cycle was 300mgs of deca aweek and 400mgs of t400 a week my goal is to gain some good lean mass any help would be great thanks..
