I'm 21 and have been training for 6 years now. Last December I ran SD for 3 weeks (first experience) and this past summer I ran Epi for 5 weeks. As of now I'm planning on kick starting my cycle with 5 weeks of dbol 50mg ed split into 2 doses. For the test e I'm looking at 2 different options... either 350mg each week for 20 weeks, or 475mg each week for 13 weeks. My goal is to put on 20-30 lbs of muscle and add 90lbs to each of my lifts.
Stats:
5' 8" 192lbs around 10-12% BF
Bench 335lbs
Dead 495lbs
Squat 495lbs for 5 deep
Do you guys recommend extended cycles on the test, or shorter??? I also have letro on hand, and clomid for pct. How long pct is all depends on the length of my cycle, so any suggestions on that? Also, how do you guys recommend using the letro?
