should there be small tiny air bubbles at the top of the syringe? even after you tap it several times?

I never get bubbles when I draw, but tiny bubbles wouldn't hurt anyway. perhaps you're trying to draw too fast or the needle isn't on tight enough.

It happens sometimes, as long as they are just small air bubbles you will be fine. Just do your best to flick the syringe and get as much out as you can.

If possible you could get some larger gauge pins to draw with then switch to the 23G for injecting.

18G sucks up juice very quickly but can damage the rubber stoppers. Maybe 20-21G would be better.

like can draw a little bit of gear then it just wont come out. Does it hurt the gear to inject it back into the bottle after it has been in the syringe?

To put your mind at ease, it would take alot of air, I mean ALOT to kill you. I know a buddy who was an EMT and his partner and him went out drinking and decided to avoid a hangover by starting an IV on him and he forgot to bleed the air out of the tubing and he is still alive. So tiny bubbles are OK, and the ones that clean your shower and toilet.

    yea, what he said.

i've personally WATCHED a huge air bubble go directly IV, on someone, with no effect. it takes WAY more air than TV would have us believe.

I read it would take anywhere from 20-200ml of air in your system to kill you

tiny bubbles I wouldnt be super concerned with. most air should easily be purged.
