bf%
what would b a practical bf% for a tes cyp, and tren e, cycle. im 6"2 215lb and just under 20%bf. i have been told that at this point my bf% is to high but im anxious to start so how low do i need to go to b safe?

i know some guy at my gym or HRT ,and hes way over 20% and doing it ,but he doesn't do as much as body builder's.I'am not an expert here but it can be done probably with an AI or something ,let someone more educated guide you lots of good dudes on here

the norm on this board is 15% or below, but here is why
one, if you are not educated enough about you diet then steroids are not for you,
two, if you do not have enough dedication to keep your body fat down then you dont need the gear
three, why put hard lean muscle under a lot of fat, sure you can feel it but no one can see it
four, health problems and there is a lot of them
and last but not least if you need help we are hear for you bro...

im also trying to shed some fat, i was at 16-17% a month ago, now im 14%, it dont take that long. ide get to 12ish before cycling, i think youll see better results.

belive that ,i would look alot better with a lower bf % still wanted the strength gain tho,Plus my mma training works wonder's for cutting weight just gotta dedicate to the diet
