    only testosterone cycle?

    yo..
    can i do only testosterone cycle? like 500mg a week for 10 weeks?
    what i can add,some deca?

    from what im reading you can do test only. I hear thats a good first cycle. they say you dont want to do others like dbol alone. test is a good base for your cycle . thats what Im reading here

    i am total newbie with ass, train 6 years, i am 210lbs and 6". Train 4 x a week.

    Your at least 25 years old , right?

    Test only 1st cycle is fine.

    Make sure your BF is under 15%

    And your diet is in check

    or
    Did you mean 250 mg 2x a week = 500 mg a week???

    Yes I know but the way you wrote it, it was confusing to read and wanted it to be clear to the OP

    First cycle should be Test only. Deca should not be ran until maybe cycle 3. PLEASE don't get over zealous. Yes we have all been there but it's best to keep the first one as simple as possible to keep a better track of any possible side effects.

    Please, if you diet needs work get that sorted out first before considering doing a cycle.

    lovbyts, your right, the way I posted it was confusing.

    If he goes to the diet section, he should be fine to move forward.

    I try to get the stats, but they trickle in slow sometimes.

    I have to be more patient.
