so the gynos gone but a little 1cm soft mass still left behind the nipples..no pain its just sitting there..currently finished 2 weeks on 1mg adex ed..so does it mean gynos not gone completely and have to continue 1mg adex ed till it goes or start tapering the adex and consider it will go by the time taper finishes..advice please

was on nolva at 40 for the 1st week then discontinued the nolva as it reduces adex s abilities by 43 percent..since then the adex has got aggressive and the lump reduced faster than before..do you think that the mass is the remaining balance from the gyno..because nolva will prevent further binding but not remove the lump like adex or letro

what about nolva reducing adexs effectiveness..and if lump is subsiding then why nolva as theres no further binding happening..shouldnt nolva come in while tapering the adex off as a precaution only

while its true nolva reduces levels of arimidex the benefits of combined therapy still outweighs the lower level of adex. if its that big a concern just up your dose but adex does not iradicate estrogen it only lowers it so there is still binding going on.

there is a plethora of studies showing the effectiveness of tamoxifen at treating gynecomastia. read this as well....http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=379916
