    My new cycle?????

    Hi guys.

    Ive had 4 weeks off from my old cycle of masteron and test prop. I was doing alot of cardio before my first meal in order to lose some body fat, it has worked quite well but ive also lost some size.
    I have just started my 2nd week of my new cycle which is...

    2ml deca & 1ml suss on mondays
    1ml test prop on thursdays

    I am looking to gain some size again and was wondering if this cycle is good enough to do that, and if the amount per week i am taking is also enough.

    Ive completely changed my weekly workout plan aswell which now is...

    Monday - chest, triceps, traps, abs
    Tuesday - legs
    Wednesday - cardio, abs
    Thursday - Chest, shoulders, traps
    Friday - back, biceps, abs


    Any help or opinions on the above is greatly appreciated

    you are saying you only had 4 weeks between cycles???
    did you even use a PCT?

    A cycle means you are taking time off also, preferably at LEAST as long off AFTER PCT as you had on cycle.

    If you ran a 12 week cycle you need to take 12 weeks off after your PCT.

    Yes you will loose some size and strength but a LOT of that has to do with your diet.

    work out history
    cycle experience

    Sorry guys, didnt really give you much to work with did I lol.

    The last cycle I ran was 12 weeks, but got told i only needed 4 weeks off.

    I expected to lose some size and strength on the last cycle as my goal was to reduce bodyfat, i wasnt eating many carbs, and as i said, doing 45min to 1 hour cardio first thing in the morning before id eaten anything, but now i want to put some size back on. My strength has increased in the past 5 weeks (4 weeks of that off gear)

    Age - 22
    Height - 5' 8''
    Weight - 12.1
    Body Fat - No Idea lol
    Workout History - Approx 3 years, only started using steroids just over a year ago though
    Cycle Experience - Ive used deca & suss before and found good gains from it, also used tren, masteron, test prop
    Diet - Not on a strict diet, just eating as clean as possible. Not drank alcohol in about 19 weeks. Alot of protein, also take creatine, bcaa's etc...

    someone has given you very poor advice, stop now and take a pct.

    This is a no go.....PCT and time off is what you need.

    so you've ran multiple cycles in a year? have you ran any pct or just jumped from one cycle to the next?

    no ive never ran pct as i was told i just need to stop gear for approx 4 weeks between cycles lol.

    wot would u reccomend i take for pct???

    No ive had breaks inbetween, i went to 14 stone on my last deca and suss course then i didnt have any gear for about 4 month, i dropped to approx 13stone 5 pounds , then started test prop and masteron in conjunction with the pre breakfast cardio and low carbs ect... in order to lose body fat which i had put on, im now down to 12 stone 1 pound (weighed today) and now looking to put size back on lol.

    Are you saying you are only injecting prop once a week?

    My cycle at the minute is...

    2ml deca & 1ml suss on mondays
    1ml test prop thursdays

    I was just going to do the deca & suss once a week on mondays but then decided i would add 1m of test prop inbetween (on thursdays) to possibly help increase or speed up size gains

    Why would you inject test prop once a week, this is a short ester and needs to be injected ED or EOD. Where did you get this advice?

    prop once a week could spike blood levels and increase sides, that's about it.
    no offense, but it's obvious someone who has no clue what they are doing has been advising you, you're too young to be cycling and underweight even to be natural, much less after multiple cycles. you only get one body, my advise is to stop using and take some time to learn about the compounds you're putting in your body before you cause permanent damage to your HPTA, if you haven't already.

    I know it is a short ester, but due to 1ml suss containing 30mg test prop i figured that adding another 100mg per week would help in size gains
