I used .25mg ED on my first cycle and had incredible gains. I don't believe inhibiting estrogen affects gains to any noticable degree, I believe it stems from the fact that you might not gain maybe an extra 5lbs in water mass and that's where it comes from. I would never let my estrogen skyrocket just to get an extra 3-5lbs of water.

Its all about balance, if your prone to estrogen sides 0.25 EOD is a good starting point which doesn't effect gains in any great noticeable way, if your not prone dont use any, we need estrogen to grow muscle tissue so its all about balance gains vs sides.
